During Library Week, we will accept non-perishable food items in lieu of current or past overdue fines, at the rate of $5 per item, up to a maximum of $50. Students from K - 8 can drop in to receive one-on-one tutoring with their homework, and participate in educational extracurricular activities. Doryne Levere will teach knitting to interested tweens ages 10 - 15. All yarn and needles necessary will be provided, though people are welcome to donate, or bring their own. They use the meeting room whenever it is available.
