COMSTOCK: agentleman from Florida purchased the property in the 1940's had four cabins to the front by the Dominion Rd. also a store and his home to i:;-ear of the property. cabins were eventually demolished and the home left standing for a time, till it to ·was taken dovm. fiquJK PASSERO bought the property and opened Sunny Acres riding Stables here in the 1950's. FRONTIER LANDING: In March 1981 two englishmen along with a Fort erie native Jack Barton formed a company to develop the old quarry. The water was cleaned up for swinu-,1ing and paddle boats were for rent. An Indian village was created at the back of the proerty which included a large authentic Long House. The Park closed in Apr. of 85 after financial difficulties. JEFFREY COATES::: purchsed the property in 1986.In Feb. 1990 he formed the Coates Development Company.
