located, although there is a connection between the Goulding and rlay families and
the l!dwin Â·rownsend and Gbarles Cox families of Grand Island. Daughter Jane la.tel'

�THE GOULDING HOMESTEAD::: S. WEST CR. OF GILMORE RD.

&amp; SUNSET.

Built in circa mid 1880's

4 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS.

The kitchen was built seperate from the house.

Cellar was dug into the ground for wood stoves.There were

2 bedrooms

on ground floor where children slep when older. After the death of
the grndparents the house was sold. It was rented out for a time but
by the 1930's had fell into disrepair,

and was shortly after demolished.
