<text>VESCIO - Lou and Cathy (nee Marinelli) are proud and thrilled to finally announce the arrival of their first child, a girl, Stafanie Caitlin. She made her long awaited appearance on Tuesday, September 17, at 9:10 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 3 OZS. and measuring 20 inches in length. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Pasquale Marinelli and Mr. and Mrs. Michele Vescio. Also another great grandchild for Mrs. Caterina Marinelli. Sincere thanks to Drs. Fisher, Hadley, Halliday and Hill. Special thanks to the nursing staff of the Greater Niagara General Hospital. You were all terrific. And last but not least, a big hug and kiss for Daddy for sticking by us all of the way.
