VANDERKLEI, Alivia Nicole - On March 19th, 2010, Alivia Nicole Vanderklei earned her wings, surrounded by her family after a 15 month battle with neuroblastoma cancer. Born July 14, 2005 in Niagara Falls, Alivia attended JK at Stevensville Public School, went to the Ballet Plus School of Dance and was well known at the local arenas playing with her friends. Throughout her struggle, her character was never shaken and she lived each day with cancer with a strong and positive attitude. At the age of four, she exemplified unparalleled courage, inspiring us all and made us so very proud. She is survived by her mom Chantal (Longpre), her dad Craig, big brothers Mathieu and Andrew, and baby sister Katelyn. Also survived by her loving grandparents, Priscille and Marcel Longpre, Tony and Kathleen Vanderklei, her great grandparents Albert and Pauline Coutu and the rest of her family who will miss her deeply.
