Ed Spear the founder of the company, General Motor Products;
moved the business from Stevensville to a spot on the north
side of lower Jarvis St. in 19~t.â€¢:
Dick Hebbourn apprenticed with the company for a year in
Stevensviile before moving with the business to Fort Erie.
A show room and gurage was built on the north east corner of
Dufferin st.
