(James) - At Kitchener, Ontario, on Wednesday, June 5, 1996, Mildred A. (James) Wood, (former resident of Fort Erie) beloved wife of the late Charles Edwin Wood, in her 94th year. Dear mother of Margaret and her husband Ed Ellis of Kitchener. The late Mrs. Wood was predeceased by her daughters, Rose Marie Ashley and Catherine Wood, one granddaughter Patricia Ann and her sister, Gretta Coupland. Also survived by four grandchildren Michael, Sean, Peter, Kathy and seven great-grandchildren. Friends called at The Fort Erie Chapel of THE DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES 21 Wintemute Street, on Monday, from 11 o'clock, where funeral services were held at 2 o'clock. At the request of the family, the committal service at Greenwood cemetery will be private. In memoriam donations may be made to The Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
