SMITH David & Charlene (nee Leggett) are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of their son Jacob David born on June 25, 1997, weighing in at 4lbs 13ozs. Proud grandparents are Bob & Jo Smith and Fred & Ann Leggett. Great grandparents are Eileen Smith and Sam & Eva Passero. A very special thank you to our friend Dr. Attuah and all the staff at the Welland County General Hospital for the excellent care.
