Book Club Set Lending Policy

1. Purpose

1.01 The primary purpose of the Library Book Club sets is to make books sets available to our patrons. In keeping with this mission, the Fort Erie Public Library strives to maintain a collection of book club sets that are available to all patrons for use in their book club or for individual use.

2. Borrowing/Return of Library Book Club Sets

2.01 A borrower may only have two sets signed out at a time.

2.02 The loan period for each set is six weeks.

2.03 Fines are $2.50 per day/per set up to a maximum of $100.00 for the entire set.

2.04 Book club set loan periods may be shortened as an advanced booking will take precedence over the established loan period.

3. Requests / Holds

3.01 Book club sets can be booked in advance of the checkout date.

4. Loan Periods

4.01 No renewal of Book Club Sets is allowed.

4.02 Loan period is 42 days.
